• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: M-F, 8-5; paperwork time built into schedule
• Dates of Coverage: October 2024 – March 2025. Minimum 1 week/month of coverage.
• Daily Responsibilities: The provider will be onsite daily but Telemedicine only.
• Amount of time for medication checks and evaluations: 90 minutes will be allotted for evaluations.
Follow ups will be on provider's own patients
• ACT experience preferred.
• Type of Patients/Cases: Chronic and persistent mentally ill; initial exam and medication treatment
• Procedures/Cases Required: medication evals and exams, court cases, Rx
• Patients per Day/Volume: around 10/day.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks.
• EMR: EPIC with Dragon
• Active state license preferred but will license candidates if needed!
• No call responsibilities.
• Board certification preferred
