Responsibilities Include:
- Implement personalized ABA programs and interventions supervised by BCBA®s, emphasizing skill development and behavior reduction.
- Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching.
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors and maintain session notes using a tablet device.
- Provide high-quality clinical services for optimal client progress and treatment integrity.
- Collaborate with ABA team members and interdisciplinary service providers for skill mastery and generalization.
- Respond promptly to feedback, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay current on technical knowledge through required training.
- Obtain Crisis Management training (e.g., Safety Care) certification provided by team.
Teammates will also be expected to be able to engage in activities such as kneeling, squatting, transitioning between standing and floor positions, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs, executing lateral and backward pivots or shuffles, running distances up to 100ft, and standing for at least 15 minutes.
