• BE/BC
• Schedule: M-F
• Hours: 8a-5p
• 32-40 Hours a week
• Must see all ages
• Patients per day: 15-18
• Support Staff: 1:1 MA
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: Active license, DEA, Mass Control
• Average Time Frame: 60 days
