Registered Nurse – Eden Prairie, MN

Pay: $29.80 per hour (experience will be compensated)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift times: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:45am – 4:15pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9:45am – 6:15pm
Location: Eden Prairie Health Center (582 Prairie Center Dr, Ste 215, Eden Prairie MN 55344)

Minimum Qualifications:
Active RN license in state you are applying for the role
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certificate for healthcare providers
Immunization Requirements:
Hepatitis B vaccination records
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
