• Hours: 12*3 = 36 Hours/Weekly
• Pay: Salary Range $45To $50 / Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
• Collects health data from patients to assess their condition.
• Analyzes assessment data to identify diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Develops individualized plans with measurable outcomes for patients.
• Implements care plans, coordinates care delivery and promotes safety.
• Delegates care elements to appropriate healthcare workers.
• Evaluate progress towards goals and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with patients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates leadership and practices in line with professional nursing standards.
• Seeks knowledge to stay updated on current practices and promote innovative thinking.
• Integrates evidence and research findings into nursing practice.
• Contributes to quality improvements and evaluates practices against guidelines and regulations.
• Uses appropriate resources to plan and provide evidence-based, safe, and fiscally responsible nursing services.
• Practices ethically and supports shared governance to improve clinical outcomes.
Certification & Education:
• RN License: Current RN license or temporary license, based on the state of practice. National License Compact (NLC) state requirements apply if relevant.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).

• ACLS
• BLS (CPR) - AHA
• NIHSS
