Weekly Schedule: Monday -Thursday 8-5pm
Work Details:
• # of Support staff: 6
• Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
• EMR: Dentrix
Cases/Procedures:
• Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.
• Additional notes:
*November 27th the office closes at 12 for Thanksgiving and is off Thursday for the holiday. December 24th -26th the office is closed. December 31st the office closes at 12 for New Years Eve, and of course is closed Jan 1 for the holiday. Other than that - the office is open Monday- Thursday from 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch from 12-1.
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Not required for Dentists
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Not required but preferred
• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing. Heartland now requires a TB test completed within three days of accepting an offer, MUST BE A NEW TEST.
