Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Types of Cases: Preventative Care, Diabetes, Hypertension, Blood pressure, Medicine Management, Women’s Health/Paps, Asthma
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: Board Certification and active California license
