Locums Home-Visit Wound Care NP Opportunity in Memphis, TN

Job description

- City/State: Memphis, TN
- Shift/Schedule: ASAP start (early December) for a 4-6 week contract with potential to extend. Will start with a .5 FTE schedule but potential to increase to fulltime hours. Flexible to what kind of part time availability they can provide; open to part time hours M-F or fulltime hours 2-3 days/week!
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Part time, weekly
- Patients per day: Will vary, patients per day will increase as practice grows and more referrals are received. Schedule will be created to accommodate for the drive to each patients location as well as the time spent with each visit.
- Mobile In-home or office service that provides care to patients with chronic wounds
- EMR: Homegrown EMR - they will train the provider on it! Previous computerized charting experience preferred.
- In-Home Care - could be visiting homes or offices
- Credentialing Timeframe: Average less than a week
