Position Details
Initial Employment Contract Term will be for 2 years, then annually renews
Annual Salary based upon years of experience and licensure. (MGMA Southern Region Compensation Benchmarking used)
Annual Performance Incentive available (Criteria: MIPS measures, Patient Satisfaction, Productivity, Completion of Records)
RHC Primary Care On Call rotation – 1 week out of every 5 weeks (On Call week is Monday 8am through following Monday 8am)
3-4 patients scheduled per hour
