Family Practice, General Practice
Monday - Thursday 4x10 hr shifts - no call
Work Details:
• Support staff: Medical Assistant assigned to the provider. RN Care Coordinator also in the clinic for support
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 – 10-hour shifts
• Patients per day: 16
• Patient population/age: primarily adults 12-80, however, urgent simple matters pediatrics, no less than 1 year of age.
• Department description: Primary Care Practice in a Rural Health Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 25 Critical Access Hospital
• Special procedures: Simple procedures—Clinic has Point of Care testing-COVID, FLU, Urine, Pregnancy, Strep, Glucose. Affiliated Hospital Lab is an all inclusive lab for further tests. Simple sutures, splinting, etc….
• Skills required: Adult Family Medicine, basic primary care assessment, H&P, evaluation, treatment, and planning.
Requirements:
• Board Certification: AANPC or AANPCB
• State license required: unrestricted WA State RN & ARNP
• DEA: current unrestricted DEA License
• Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 1 year of Primary Care
