Houston Facility looking for MD/DO/NP/PA for Primary Care

Job description

• Patient population: established patients only, no new patients, all ages for sick, hospital discharge follow-up, physicals, chronic disease management, no well woman, no ADD/ADHD, no chronic pain or psych
• Youngest patient will be 5 years
• No in office procedures
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• Expected volume: 16-18 patients per day
• EPIC EMR
• Prefer candidates local to the Houston metro
• Will be working with MA
• Can take BC FP/IM/NP. Will consider truly BE
• Call is possible
