Contract Information:
- Hospital Setting
- Permanent, full time position
- Monday through Friday schedule, 3, 12-hour shifts
- 1 weekend per month 8AM - 1PM
- All ages seen, peds to adult
- EPIC EMR

Requirements:
- IL License, but will consider out-of-state candidates
- Active DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 2 years of experience as an FNP
- Face to face contact within the last year
