A facility in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Location: Kaiser Permanente - Palmdale Medical Offices
Schedule: 8:30a-5:00p - Monday through Friday with alternating weekend shifts. Days off during week when working weekend.
Types of Cases: Typical Family Medicine (outpatient) cases. All Ages required.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: Board Certification and active California license
