Job Description

A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in Alameda, CA to join an expanding clinic with a group that is dedicated to providing outstanding care to patients in an outpatient setting.



Details:

• Permanent, full-time position

• Full-time: 40 patient hours per week

• 50% Support: Indirect patient care and administrative duties

• 50% Patient Care: Direct patient care at primary and surrounding clinics

• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

• Two years of primary care/urgent care experience
