Jonesboro Metro Area, Arkansas FNP Assignment

Job description

• Travel to each assigned nursing facility weekly (up to 65 mile radius)
• Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care
• Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration
• Utilize facility formulary and follow facility protocols
• Document patient encounter in our EHR (at time of service)to ensure timely reporting
• Discuss treatments and goals with PCP and family members
• Procedures – Debridement’s, I & D’s, Cauterization, NPWT, Skin Substitutes, Biopsies, Etc
• 7AM-4PM
• No calls, No nights
