• Specialty: NP Adult Medicine
• Start Date: 01-13-2025
• End Date: 02-28-2025
• Schedule: Monday thru Thursday and every other Friday ( 8 to 5)
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Special procedures: Active wound care center with Hyperbaric services
• Patients per shift: 20-30
• License required: Active AZ License or Compact
• Candidate must have certification as an FNP, AZ license, DEA and HBO/wound care certification
• Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
