Aya Locums is currently recruiting a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 3 day per week, full time outpatient position in Northern Arizona. Take a look at the details and contact me if you are interested!

Mon-Wed position, 8a-6p
15-20 patients per day, mostly adult
100% outpatient
3 month contract with option to extend
Must have AZ license and DEA and covid vaccination

We would prefer instate applicants but will consider travelers if you can commit long term.

• 3 days per week (Mon-Tues-Wed)
• 100% outpatient with no call, very little peds
• 3 month contract with option to extend!
