We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Ellijay, GA. Our state-of-the-art physical medicine office is in beautiful Northern Georgia. We are looking to add a caring NP to our practice part time, 3 days per week.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping others, and is looking to learn from and grow within our company. The primary job duties include patient exams and evaluations and performing trigger point and joint injections.

We have a multidisciplinary practice, with a team of medical doctors, chiropractors, and medical professionals.
Duties:
• Patient exams/consultations (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections
• Order and distribute durable medical equipment as deemed medically necessary
• Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
• Work with the team of providers to coordinate patient care plans
