Monday-Friday; 6:00am - 3:00pm; 1-hour lunch.
No weekends or on-call requirements.
Practice Setting: private on-site clinic.
Avg. Daily Census: catering to approximately 340 people
Patient Age Group: adult.
Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.
Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,
documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.
Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.
