Lead Clinical Pharmacist in Seaside, Oregon.
Full-Time/Day Shift
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day of employment.
Relocation is also available for qualified candidates.
The role involves assisting the pharmacy management team in coordinating daily organizational and operational activities of the Pharmacy. Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians involved in operations and coordinating staffing based on workload and staff availability.
The pharmacist is responsible for leading the effective and efficient provision of pharmacy services, working collaboratively with peer pharmacists and other healthcare team members. The lead pharmacist oversees a specific area within the pharmacy department such as central unit dose, IV room, or satellite pharmacy, and will have the opportunity to further develop leadership skills for future roles.

Required Qualifications:
PharmD or bachelor's degree (BS in Pharmacy).
Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant practice experience or completion of a PGY1 residency with 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, or CAP tools.
1 year of leadership experience.
