Opportunity: Looking to build a pool of NP/PAs for sporadic PRN vacation, PTO, sick Sign up or sign in for contact information shifts per week 11a-11p shift 5-7 ED patients admitted to the hospital per day 45 patients per 24 hours average 70% Ed transfer patients per month 10 beds No fast track in ED ED staff responds to house codes, house codes are secondary to ED emergencies All ages EMR: Epic Level IV trauma Deliveries are transferred to OB triage ED is not responsible for monitoring/supervising paramedics/ambulance by radio EMS calls ED to offer report on incoming patients; ambulance unit across road from hospital transfers patients upon request Transfers go to Sparrow Lansing, 19 miles away Air Ambulance Response Time: LifeNet with rapid response for air transport (infrequently needed) APP will not be working autonomously, supervising physician will be present during assignment 24-hour availability for radiology, lab, OR, anesthesia, general surgery Blood bank certified by AABB Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included
