• MUST BE ABLE TO FLOAT to MULIPLE LOCATIONS
• Idal candidate will have CT and NY license
• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
• MUST HAVE 2 YEARS UC or one year ER experience.
Must do mandatory EMR training onsite

NY locations: Lagrangeville and Fishkill
CT Locations: Norwalk, Danbury, Brookfield, Fairfield
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): Yes
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2+ Years
• MUST HAVE at least 2 years UC or one year ER experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
