Start Date: 10/7/2024
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8a-5p. After hours emergency call week on/week off
Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 RN, 2 CMA’s
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 1-2 weeks
· Patients per day: 1-2 patients per hour
· Patient population/age: all ages
· Department description:
· EMR: n/a

• Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
· Board Certification: NP or PA
· License required: yes
· DEA: yes
· Minimum experience required: 5 years emergency medicine experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks
