Position: Primary Care/Emergency Medicine Provider
Specialty: Primary Care / Emergency Medicine

Facility Type: Clinic/Private Practice
Start Date: October 7, 2024
Contract Length: 6 months

Shift Details:

Regular Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
After Hours: Emergency call, week on/week off

Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 CMA’s
Coverage Needed per Month: 1-2 weeks
Patients per Day: 1-2 patients per hour
Patient Population/Age: All ages
EMR System: Not applicable
Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:

Board Certification: NP or PA
License Required: Yes
DEA: Yes
Minimum Experience Required: 5 years in emergency medicine
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 6 weeks

Additional Notes:

Seeking a provider for a mixed role in primary care and emergency medicine with a flexible schedule including after-hours call.
