Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care
Location: Farmington, Missouri
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details: Full time :8:00am-8:00pm
Schedule: 3 12's
Work Details:
Support Staff: Front desk, med assistants, RN, Physician
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month:
Patients per day: 25-45
Patient Population/Age: All ages (possibly PEDS)
Department Description: Will be handling overflow from the MD; primarily will be acute needs. Minor illnesses, injuries, rashes, etc. They primarily treat acute illnesses
EMR: EPIC
Skills Required: Must be comfortable with routine urgent care.
Practice Setting:
Clinic/Private Practice- outpatient
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: Active MO license
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: BLS
Minimum Experience Required: Prefer someone with minimum 2 years ER/Urgent Care experience. Need to be able to hit the ground running.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
