Location: Eureka, CA

Work Details:
- Schedule: 3 shifts a week but that could vary month to month. Primarily 1pm to 11pm shifts
- Support staff: 3 NP/PA
- Patients per shift: 20
- EMR: Epic

Requirements:
- Board Certification: Yes
- License required: Active CA License
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
