Seeking a OR licensed CRNA for an openings with an established hospital / clinic in Stayton, OR. This is a all group.
$260k W2
8 weeks PTO
1 weekday call per week
Every 5th weekend call, post call day off
401k, Medical, Dental and Vision
CME / licensure reimbursement

Relocation assistance
Busy ortho / total joint program, Exp with ultrasound guided blocks a plus. Also general, GYN, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Cataracts and ENT, Healthy Pediatrics (>2 years of age) OB coverage for approx. 200 deliveries per year.
Located 15 miles east of Salem, OR on hr from Portland and one hour from the coast.
