About the clinician's workday

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, and there are no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties required. The cases are mostly bread-and-butter surgeries, along with radiology, robotic, and GI cases. However, no heart surgeries, OB, or pediatric cases are handled unless you have experience. The supervision ratio is generally 1:3, though it may range from 1:2 to 1:4. The facility has 25 operating rooms, uses CERNER for charting, and the credentialing process takes approximately 90 days.
