About the clinician's workday

The CRNA-only group operates independently, with members working 8-hour shifts starting at 7 AM. Candidates must be willing to cover weekend call at least once a month. Experience with epidurals is essential, and case coverage includes obstetrics, regional blocks (with accommodation for those who are not comfortable performing these), monitored anesthesia care (MAC), general anesthesia, orthopedics, cosmetics/plastics, podiatry, ophthalmology, and some dental procedures. There are no cases involving cardiac or head surgeries.
