Location: A city located in eastern Iowa. The Quad Cities area is about 30-40 miles southwest of this city and Cedar Rapids is around 70 miles northwest! Facility: A medical center providing a range of services including emergency care, surgical procedures, imaging, maternity care, and more. They aim to provide high-quality, compassionate care to the community they serve. Opportunity: Candidate must have experience with procedures in both adult & pediatric patients CRNA shall directly provide all professional 310 services and/or supervise and manage 310 services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients, as may be required to meet Hospital’s requirements for such services in a timely manner through scheduled or “on call” coverage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required by Hospital’s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.) In addition, CRNA shall: - Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital. - Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia; and - Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits. Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.
