- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Standard Outpatient Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension/diabetes
- Treating all ages
- Facility uses EMR, will train
- ANY STATE LICENSE
- DEA, BLS, ACLS required
- 3 references required with submission (name/phone/email): at least 1 must be physician, others can be MD/DO/NP/PA
