Job description

• ASAP START DATE!
• QUICK CREDENTIALING!
• Will consider NP or PA
• Mon - Fri : 12pm-8pm
• Sat & Sun: 8am-4pm (every other weekend)
• 3 month assignment with possibility to extend
• 15-20 patients daily
• New Born - 21 Years Old
• Hybrid PC/UC - Sports physicals, medication refills, sick/well visits with walk in urgent care visits from 5pm-8pm during the week and 8am-4pm on weekends
• EMR: NextGen
