· PEPDNP or PA

· 3 month contract with the possibility to extend

· 14 Patients/Day

· Full Time: Mon-Fri 8a - 4p

· MUST be credentialed with Medicaid

· Support Staff (MA, RN)

• NO WEEKENDS
• Low Patient Volume
