ASAP start for 6 months with option to extend
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm- estimated 90 days for credentialing
Job Setting: Clinic.
Types of Cases: The provider will be seeing a mixture of baby and child visits and immunizations. The provider will also be conducting physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds. The provider will be seeing patients up to 18 years of age.
Patients Per Day: Estimated 25-28
EMR: EPIC
NPs or PAs accepted
Must have an active CA state license
W2 Contract Locum Tenens Assignment- Benefits available after 30 days

• Full-time coverage-6 months with option to extend
