Job description

• 9a-5p M-F and 9a-1p one Saturday a month
• Quick credentialing
• 100% adult
• 20-25 Cases per day
• Basic primary care, sick and well visits, referrals, etc.
• Must have active license and DEA
• EMR: ECW
• No T&L
• Interested in seeing candidates looking to go locum to perm
