Internal medicine doctor needed at community health center in NYC

Job description

• MD/DO only
• East Harlem, NY
• M-F (might consider 4 days/wk but strongly prefers 5)
• Ages 18+
• 2 years of primary care and chronic care experience required
• Medicare/Medicaid required
• Hours: 8-4 or 9-5
• 12-16 patients/day
• Covid vax required
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• Provider can start within 2 weeks from the time they turn in all required documents
• EMR: E-Clinical Works
