New York IM Physician or NP Need

Job description

· BC-IM or Adult NP

· M-F (might consider 4 days/wk but strongly prefers 5)

· Ages 18+

· 2 years of primary care and chronic care experience required

· Medicare/Medicaid required

· Hours: 8-4 or 9-5

· 12-16 patients/day

· Covid vax required

· Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

· Provider can start within 2 weeks from the time they turn in all required documents

· EMR: E-Clinical Works
