Job description

• Will accept Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Will also accept a APRN with 3+ years of Primary Care Experience
• Hours: Monday-Friday (8am - 5 pm) will consider someone for Part time
• Patient Load- 18 a day
• Needs to see patients age 12 and up
• Sick and well visits
• EMR: AthenaPractice
• Credentials: NH License, DEA
• Locum to Perm potential NOT REQUIRED
