Internal Medicine NP needed in NAPA, CA

Job description

Good morning! This is Alisha, Sr Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new Internal Medicine/Adult Medicine need in Napa, CA.

12/1/24 start date, Outpatient. Clinic for 3 days, other days doing documentation, home visits, or SNF visits.
90% of the work is clinic based, 10% is home visits or nursing home visits.
Call is not required.
4 patients per shift
They will not be 100% on their own but their day to day work in the clinic will be independent
EMR: Epic
Skills required: Preferred experience in long term care and geriatric medicine/experience in geriatric adult medicine
