Job description

◊ Patients per Day/Volume: Typical 11-12 (4 Hour Blocks) – 22-24 patients per 8 hours; 20 Minute appointments in person - 10 minutes virtual. Typically 4-6 virtual appointments scheduled per day
◊ Type of Patients/Cases: Mainly Adult Population – Chronic Disease Management – Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc. Standard outpatient primary care/internal medicine coverage. Will be handling own In-basket (Emails/Follow ups) as part of daily work.
◊ Procedures/Cases Required: Possible Suturing but no casting
◊ Support Staff: LVNs and MA’s
◊ EMR: Health Connect (EPIC)

• Ongoing up to 6+ Months
• Monday-Friday, Possibly some Saturdays
• Type of Patients/Cases: Mainly Adult Population – Chronic Disease Management – Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc. Standard outpatient primary care/internal medicine coverage.
