Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to fill a short-term vacancy in their decorated hospital group. If you are experienced treating patients of all ages and have at least four years of primary care experience, you may be the ideal candidate for this position. This exciting locum position is in an equally exciting location; Ukiah is rich with culture and life from its vineyards, historic downtown, vibrant arts scene, and breathtaking lakes and mountains.

• Full-time, locum position
• Start date of May 1st
• Work with a team of experienced clinicians
• Perform physical examinations
• Prescribe necessary medications
• Offer coaching and education to meet patient needs
• Assess, treat, and prevent, patient's illness and disease

Qualifications
• Board Certified
• BLS certification
• Active DEA certification
