$130,000 to $135,000/ year plus bonuses (depends on injection experience)
Generous bonus program

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time or part time in Salem, OR. Our ideal candidate understands how to do functional exams, is a team player, can multi-task to see patients within our integrative medical practice. A nurse practitioner who is interested or experienced in healthy living, regen medicine, and aesthetic medicine is a plus. The position entails performing orthopedic/musculoskeletal based evaluations and performing US guided joint and trigger point injections and we prefer the incoming NP to be experienced in joint/regen medicine injections. We also have a clinic in Aloha, which the incoming Nurse Practitioner will also have to provide coverage at on a regular basis.

Duties:
• Patient exams and consultations- orthopedic exams, functional exams, peripheral neuropathy exam (HPI, medical history, physical exams, and review pertinent medical records/imaging)
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/studies
• Blood draws/order and review labs
• Treatment care plan formulation
• Patient education as to the diagnosis, treatment options, pre and post care
• Treatments/procedures to include Ultrasound Guided joint injections, trigger point
