Hospitalist Physician Assistant Locum Opportunity in Chicago

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
End Date: December 14th, 2025 with potential to extend
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days; Temporary privileges are available must be organized and prompt with returning paperwork.
Work Details:
· Support staff: 3 physicians, residents, nurses, etc. They will be the sole AP provider.
· Patients per shift: 5-10
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: critical care/hospitalist experience, preferably in ENT and head/neck cancer; general procedures are required; intubation, vent management, A/C lines

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IL license and DEA

• Monday – Thursday, 4 10’s, 6a – 3p
• Work expectations: rounding on patients on the ENT floor, collaborate with residents and physicians on care plan, care team model
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days; Temporary privileges are available must be organized and prompt with returning paperwork.
