Opportunity Healthcare, a leading locums and placement firm, is at the forefront of "Connecting the Best in Healthcare." We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near McCracken County, Kentucky. 
  
Your New Role: 

Position: Critical Care Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) 

Job Duration: Locums 

Patient Population: ICU/CCU patients, with approximately 17 encounters per day on the intensivist service 

Assignment Dates: ASAP Start

EMR: Epic

Requirements: 

State License: Active Kentucky license required 

Certifications: AANP or NCCPA Board-Certified with ACLS; Acute Care experience for APCs 

Experience: Must have relevant critical care experience 

In this Role:  

As a Critical Care APC at our healthcare facility in McCracken County, KY, you’ll cover 15 night shifts per month, providing on-site support while an MD is on-call. You’ll respond to codes and manage ICU/CCU patients without performing procedures, with robust subspecialty support available.
