Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, General Practice, Sports Medicine - EM, Sports Medicine - FP
Need: Upon credentialing - 3 to 6 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-5:30 pm; No Weekends
Cases: Occupational Medicine; 90% Adults, sometimes they get 16 yrs+, but very infrequent; Unique service line: HP is responsible for patient care as well as communicating extensively with employers. Someone who is a team player, dynamic with good energy is a great fit.
Procedures Needed: Basic injury care: sprained back, lacerations, etc.
Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20 patients per day
Support Staff: 1 other Occupational Medicine MD and Physician Assistant on staff
EMR: iCerner
Required Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
DOT certification is nice to have, but they would coordinate certification while on site.
