Job description

Open to IM, NP or PA
Need this Wednesday (29th) and this Friday (31st)
Will be needing full-time work, ongoing
EMR is Athena
Seeing mostly patients aged 45-75, but may also see 14 and up
18-22 patients per day
Must have experience and be comfortable with chronic care management and preventative care
Majority of patients are scheduled appointments
