- License required: Required NM in hand, no exceptions
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

  • M-F 8a-5p
  • Need to be able to work solo; will have access to medical director if needed. Able to see babies and infants
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA license and controlled substance; Would be nice to be CDL certified but not mandatory
