Family Practice, General Practice, Urgent Care
Contract Length: 3 month contract, option to extend.
Shift Details: 12 hour shifts, night or day shift
Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 MD, 1 APP provider, 2 RN, 2 LVNs – 24/7 coverage.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: FT ongoing night coverage needed
· Department description: basic urgent care/family medicine needs, providing health assessments for arrivals before they can be admitted. PA/NP accepted.
Must be able to see all ages.
· EMR: EPIC
Practice Setting:
• Clinic
Requirements:
· License required: CA
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: new grads will be considered.
