We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Longview, WA. The NP duties include performing medical and functional assessments/exams, diagnosis, and treatment performing joint and trigger point injections as needed.

Duties:
• Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
• Patient exams (musculoskeletal focused)
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs/bloodwork
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to the treatment plan, care plan options, and pre and post care
• Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections (will p
