**Practice Overview**
- Patient Volume: 18 patients per shift
- EMR: Epic
-Support Staff:1 RN, 2 MAs

**Requirements**
- Availability: Full-time only (part-time candidates will not be considered)
- Board Certification: Strongly preferred
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
